The Unveiling

Moses had to put a covering over his face because he been with God and his skin shone. He lit up from being around the presence of God. We need people to get in the presence of God so they can shine for JESUS.

We are the lights of the world; a city set on a hill that cannot be hid. LET’S shine for JESUS.

Romans 8 states, “The earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

The world is waiting on the church to come forth in its power. They need us. They groan for us, but we have been too full of ourselves to reveal JESUS. The message of JESUS is a message of denial of self and following Him. Anything less is a mockery of what He asks of us. Lord help us all to strive for the mastery so we can be used by God to help a lost and dying world.

The Place

God placed the sun, moon, and stars. He placed them in their place. The reason they were placed there is to serve a purpose. We have been placed in this church to serve God, to learn about Him, and to learn about ourselves for the word will reveal who we really are.

Through the preaching we can see our gifts and callings of God. We must exercise the gifts in our lives. We use it or lose it. I want more from God, not less; but if I want more from God I have learned He wants more from me.

This city, this area is counting on us to be what God called us to be so we can help them. JESUS is counting on us to be His mouth, His actions, His disciple to a lost and dying world.

The Trap

WE CAN ALL FALL INTO TRAPS. The devil is always setting them trying to lure us into one with the right bait. You can put cheese or peanut butter on a mouse trap and all the mice see is the food, not the trap it is setting on.

Many times people are the same way with the devil. They can’t see the outcome or how it will turn out. All they see is the right now so they step into it and then they are trapped by the enemy.

But God’s got a people with vision that can see the devil’s traps and snares that’s he’s set to trip us on our way to do a work for God.

I won’t fall for the fake lure like a fish. I want the real anointing, the real Holy Ghost, the miracle power of God so I must keep my eyes open because traps are everywhere.

GOD GAVE ME THIS WORD LAST WEEKEND. I ENJOYED PREACHING IT TO YOU AND IT SEEMED YOU ENJOYED IT AS WELL.

ASK IS TO SEEK BY WORDS TO OBTAIN. REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE ASKING. IT IS GOD. THERE IS NOTHING GOD CAN’T DO SO WHEN YOU ASK GOD FOR SOMETHING, YOU BETTER BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE IT.

YOU ARE SITTING ON YOUR PAYERS PROBABLY RIGHT NOW. THOSE CHAIRS YOU ARE IN, THE NEW CHURCH,

WE ASKED AND WE RECEIVED. SOMETIMES IT MAY TAKE WORK TO RECEIVE, BUT WE RECEIVE NEVERTHELESS.

LAZY PEOPLE NEVER RECEIVE. THEY JUST BEG AND BORROW, NEVER GETTING ANYWHERE.

ASK GOD? BE CAREFUL. YOU JUST MAY GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR AND IF YOU DON’T, OH HE ALWAYS ANSWERS. SOMETIMES THE ANSWER IS NO OR NOT NOW OR MAYBE AFTER WHILE, BUT HE ALWAYS ANSWERS. SOMETIMES IT IS YES ALSO.

ASK - WOW WHAT A POWERFUL THING FROM A POWERFUL GOD. WE SIMPLY JUST NEED TO COMPLY TO HIS WORD TO GET THESE BENEFITS.

ASK AND IT SHALL BE GIVEN.

Progress

We are building a new building to have church in.. God has moved mightly in helping us do this project.. It has been hard and I have spent countless hours over there working as have others. Power should be on soon, maybe next week, but how is your spiritual progress going? What are you doing less of than you used to what what are you doing more of for God than you were last year?

Being a Jesus DISCIPLE ALWAYS MEANS SACRIFICING YOUR WAY AND WILL to do His always. I don't care how many times you spoke in tongues, how many times you shouted, how mnay times you went to the alter, if your life hasn't changed you haven't changed so you have made no progress.

JESUS told the man that buried his gift and made no progress to do something with it. He let him know he was mad; took that gift back and gave it to someone that was using their gift.

We gotta make progress. It's more than new shoes, new cars, new houses, more money, better jobs. IT IS a different walk within our life for God. Do away with the negative stuff of, I can't and tell the devil, "I am going on." Tell the devil, "you may hinder but you cannot stop me." I am annointed and appointed for such a time as this. I don't want to take my old mindset into a new building. I am seeking God more in the month of July. I want all the church to fast and pray to ready ourself for a new move in our natural and spiritual life. The devil is fighting us with all he has but it is OUR TURN NOW !

Dust

Dust is not something people want to buy. They don’t make dust finders; dust finds you. It’s not worth anything yet God made us from the dust of the ground. Next time you get a high and mighty attitude, check your white shirt collar after you’ve wore it awhile. You will be reminded what you been made from.

The serpent was made to eat dust all his life after he helped man to fall, and he is still today feeding on dust people, dust-minded people, who feed on flesh or carnal things. The carnal mind is an enmity against God, the Bible says.

In John 13 the Bible states that JESUS was washing the feet of the disciples. He told them in verse 7 that they did not know what he was doing. They weren’t crazy. They knew He was washing feet, but JESUS was telling them there is more happening here than you realize. I am washing your past away. I’m setting you up for a new walk and a new ministry. I am fixing to go, but you will stay and continue what I have begun, but you can’t do it with an old mind and with your past hanging on you. YOU MUST BE WASHED.

Thank God I am washed, cleansed from what I used to be and I am stepping into my now because NOW GOD HAS SOMETHING NEW FOR ME. Now God is setting me up for a greater move, a greater message, a greater song, a greater anointing than I have ever seen before.

WASH the DUST off your life and get ready to step into a new thing, a new you, a new song, and a new deliverance; not just for you but for others. Be washed in JESUS NAME, GET THE DUST OFF YOUR THINKING, YOUR PREACHING, YOUR SINGING. GET THE DUST OFF and walk in a new mind, a new attitude IN JESUS NAME! God bless each one.

Seek & Ye Shall Find

Jeremiah 29:13 says, “Seek me and ye shall find me when you seek me with all your heart.” Do you have a heart for seeking God? Matthew 7:7 says, “Ask and it shall be given, knock and it shall be opened, seek and ye shall find.” What you are seeking you are finding. Is it carnal things or spiritual things? The shepherds sought after JESUS. They had a word from the Lord where to find Him. The wise men sought JESUS. They had a sign from a star. Mary Magdelene sought JESUS. She was coming to anoint his body in a tomb, but He wasn’t even there anymore. Wise men still seek JESUS and the Bible declares what ye seek ye find so I am finding Hi, and in finding Him, I am losing who I am and becoming more like Him. Hebrews says, “He is a rewarder to them that diligently seek Him and it is God’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. He will bless, empower, and anoint anyone who truly seeks JESUS. My heart seeks for Him. My desire is for Him. My mind longs to know more about Him. My spirits seeks to make me more like Him. I LOVE JESUS.....so therefore I seek Him. THE MORE I SEEK HIM, THE MORE I FIND HIM.

SIN

The Bible says sin is a reproach to any people. What is sin? Missing the mark that God has set. OUCH! When we disobey God, we sin. When we are unfaithful to Him, we sin. When we follow our own will instead of His will, we sin. The Bible declares that the soul that sinneth shall surely die. SIN WILL COST YOU MORE THAN YOU'RE WILLING TO PAY AND KEEP YOU LONGER THAN YOU'RE WILLING TO STAY. NOBODY IN OUR SOCIETY SINS THO. Nothing is sin anymore according to some. "Holy women can wear pants and thats ok, paint their face all up and thats ok, wear neckalces and rings all over and we are fine. Men can wear shorts so short it's shameful, but not a sin some say. Wear long hair but it's ok cuz everybody else does it so I can. SMOKE and destroy their body with it. Cheat on their spouse, but it's not a sin. Everybody does it sometime." NO THEY DONT! IT'S CALLED SIN and the soul that sinneth shall surely die. I want to live. I want to be happy in God. I want God to be happy with me. My desire is to please Him. HE IS MY REASON FOR LIVING. What the church needs is a good dose of conviction, love, hunger for God and not the things of the world. I NEED JESUS! I CANT LIVE WITHOUT HIM.. I MUST HAVE HIM AND I MUST PLEASE HIM.. I can't pet sin. I won't pet sin. SIN IS SIN. IF YOU SIN, YOU NEED REPENTANCE. Thank God He is forgiving. Thank God for mercy and grace. I NEED IT. YOU NEED IT. BUT WE MUST SEEK TO PLEASE HIM 1ST. YOU CAN LIVE HOLY AND GODLY IN THIS PRESENT WORLD IF YOU HAVE THE HOLY GHOST. LET IT LEAD AND GUIDE YOU. WE MUST KEEP OUR FOCUS. KEEP AIMING FOR OUR GOAL. We must be examples to a lost and dying world; not look and act just like them.

Commitment

In these times many people have no commitment. No matter what they say or promise, they can change their mind at a whim. People promise to love, honor and obey spouses, but that means nothing after a few month to some folks. They lose their focus and what they once knew they loved and do others things being distracted from that thing they know in their heart they really need. That’s what the devil does. All he is good for is bringing defeat in your life. He will talk you into staying sick and claiming that thing. He will say it is alright to stay out of church; alot of folks do it and still serve God. He will say it’s ok to keep your tithes; you know your kids need a new pair of shoes, you need a new set of golf clubs, and a new dress. There again he robs you of your blessing. If he can get you to not be committed, he has won the battle. I think it is time somebody stands up and says, I WILL DO WHAT IS RIGHT BECAUSE I AM COMMITTED TO GOD, TO HIS WORD, AND TO HIS WORK. Are you committed to Him or yourself? His will or yours? The need of the work of God or your need? David said, “Is there not a cause?” There is and the cause is the work of the Lord. I am committed to it. I will do it. There are many times I have been tempted to go another way, just ease by and justify my thought; but God’s word stands true. I am committed to Him. I know we have some in this house that are as well. Praise God for you! Don't put down the others not there yet. Just be a good example before them. Show them your commitment!

“A Place of Faith”

In 2nd Kings chapter 4 a woman and her husband build a room on their house for a man of God. Because of their help for him, he blessed them with a child which she desired of the Lord. There’s something about blessing others that moves God, so God granted them their child. After a while the child went to his Dad about his head hurting. He sent him back to his mom and he died in her lap. She went to the man of God. When he asked her how all was, she said all is well while her child was lying dead at home. She made a bold proclamation of ALL IS WELL. She knew now that she had a place of faith, a point of contact. She would not let the man of God go till he went with her. He went back with her and the child was raised from the dead. It all happened because she would not let go of her faith. She had a place of faith. The woman with the issue of blood would not let the crowd stop her from getting to JESUS. She pressed through. By not giving up and having a place of faith, she got her miracle. When we need a move of God in our life, press, hold on, cry out, fast, pray, seek. Grab with all you got a place of faith. SOMETHING ABOUT FAITH MOVES GOD. If God can’t do it, it can’t get done. It’s nice to know that there is nothing God can’t do. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR HIM. THAT MAKES ME WANNA SHOUT knowing that God is on my side and no matter what comes my way. all things, YES ALL THINGS, YES YOUR THINGS, ARE WORKING OUT FOR YOU. SOMEBODY SHOUT AMEN!! AMEN............
